hello world!!
Its a saturday night and im home!! yes i know i havent been blogging;my blog's close to dead if you compare it with key's but hey im still pretty much alive so dont worry:) my schedule has been rather hectic for the past 2 weeks cos of the mountain pile of sch work plus ive been giving intensive tuition(x3) to the kid who will be having his psle in 2 weeks time! i think im quite proud of him:) And i cant believe ive been tutoring him for almost 2 years already!!! what an acheivement:D
anyway..some random findings:::
-having an ulcer on the tongue hurts so much
-ourtunes rocks our socks
-film and history's the lesson i look forward to every week
-corrine may's lyrics can be really lovely..
-i feel tired but not sleepy most of the time
-im glad i joined the cg in hall
-i wish i could blog more of my thoughts here

today is a darn cock day...
cos
1) i overslept and missed the real run
2) i forgo spca run for real run and ya, i actually missed the latter!
3) i was frantically trying to open my house door with my transpondent..how dumb!!
4) i went to town at night not knowing i wore a pair of birks of different sides!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Below is a clear evidence of the very blur me..
so jus before you condemn me with my blurness(well some already has..bleahh), this is the first time i actually overslept and missed an event!! And i have never worn a mismatched pair of footwear out before....argh..thank goodness another day has come.

a flashback of the past 3 weeks..
it started with pizza party
meet my nehborr bud key..we were the first few to dig in..opps
Then there was seniors bbq,
Orientation itself: 2 weeks long of fun and havoc!

Last but not least,
rag dance which saw late nights and long hours of practice and working towards perfection and amidst the process, new friendships were forged, old friendships strengthened, new cheers were created(think: giga giga), laughter and joy shared and everyone getting bonded as one working towards a common goal..

its 356am right now and im still awake..waiting for my hair to dry so that i can turn in..
gosh what a long day today..but boy, despite it being the first day of school, twas was fun.
so lets see..
ty and i woke up early so we could get to town to catch an early show..we watched lakehouse as planned. It was supposed to be sweet and touching and stuff..well it was, but the plot's pretty unrealistic to me cos i dont think a time lapse of 2 years can actually happen between two people. I mean, i just cant imagine it. A wrong timing may inevitably separate a couple, but a default in timing itself? Not possible right
I finally plucked my brows. my brows get messy after 2 weeks...no kidding. unwanted hair jus grow out from all directions around the brows..which is soo fugggglyyy..but for now, i have nice neat brows:)
we rushed back to school jus in time for film and history, a 4hr module but ended really early today cos it was only an introduction lesson..i love history modules..the lecturers are hilarious they make you stay awake for the entire lesson and stay attentive throughout..lets jus hope they are another bruce lockhart..then i will look forward to this lecture every week.
After the lecture, we went to sim lim to look for speakers..but much to our disappointment, there werent any to our liking! There were some good ones but unfortunately,they were out of our budget...boohoooo..anyway,anyone out there planning to sell or give away their speakers? feel free to approach me, heh heh
we had a late dinner@ kfc which was just plain sinful...too much fatty foods consumed today..crystal jade pastries, cookies, popcorn, soft drinks etc
im fast becoming a hot air balloon and dont be surprised if you will see me floating in the sky one of these days:(
anyways, the night ended with a final debrief with the og back in hall...it was nice seeing these familiar faces again..we shared our feelings and thoughts with each other which made me realise that
the oc and councillors' hard work and great efforts have not gone to waste afterall cos what we have acheived at the end of the camp were pretty satisfying as inferred from the freshies' remarks of which were mostly positive..
yupyup..think its time for me to sleep..time's running late..

of which these have been stuff that kept me occupied for the past 3 weeks
woww...its all over...
The past 3 weeks have been extremely hectic,especially the last week when almost every night's activity ended late then it was debrief with freshies followed by debrief with the other councillors and the night ended with rag dance practice till 3-4am. And the next morning started at 7-8am...
But it was all good. Fun and fulfiling experience i must say.
Took loads of pictures which i shall put up another time when i feel like it. Jus feel like lazing around now..
so now that everything's over, it means the start of a new school term..which is like tomorrow. And i forsee this school term to be more busy than the last two cos im taking 6 modules of which 3 are core....
shall buck up!!
